Inside the insider
Wonderwall
Today is gonna be the day
That they're gonna throw it back to you
By now you should've somehow
Realized what you gotta do
I don't believe that anybody
Feels the way I do about you now
Backbeat the word was on the street
That the fire in your heart is out
I'm sure you've heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt
I don't believe that anybody feels
The way I do about you now
And all the roads we have to walk along are winding
And all the lights that lead us there are blinding
There are many things that I would Like to say to you
I don't know how
Because maybe
You're gonna be the one who saves me ?
And after all
You're my wonderwall
.
.
.
I Said maybe You're gonna be the one that saves me
You're gonna be the one that saves me
You're gonna be the one that saves me
Oasis - Wonderwall lyrics
These are lyrics I have been humming ever since I can remember. Both, the tune and lyrics, are immortal in my mind and have a liberating effect on my inner self =)

...A few favorite lines from a frequently listened to song
Kyun Is Kadar Hairaan Tu
Mausam Ka Hai Mehmaan Tu
O, Duniya Sajee Tere Liye
Khud Ko Zara Pehchaan Tu
Tu Dhoop Hain Chan Se Bikhar
Tu Hai Nadee O Bekhabar
Beh Chal Kahin Ud Chal Kahin
Dil Khush Jahan...Teri Toh Manzil Hai Wahin
...extracted lyrics from "Kholo Kholo" from an extremely inspirational movie "Taare Zameen Par"

...and these are a few of my favorite things!
SO, what are a few things that one can be happy about?
Over the past thousands of days of your existence, you must have lived through millions of things that came into and left your way. Some things just leave with no signs of repetitions, but many others keep coming back into our lives in several variant forms.
"...And these are a few of my favorite things" will be a continuous blog entry to note, cherish and re-live all these things that happiness is ultimately made of. I will be keeping a tab of these things in my head each day and will try to enter these regularly in this space..
And though I keep saying "a few things", please do remember that the count of these "happy" things can very well be infinite and it certainly isnt directly proportional to the count of the days in your life =)
